Brain Rewiring is a relatively new term, essentially describing the result of the natural ability of the human brain, called neuroplasticity, to acquire new information and alter existing beliefs.

In the learning process, new neurons and neural pathways are created, altering the physical image of the brain, hence, this somewhat engineering term has been adopted.

Hypnosis and NLP are the tools used to intentionally stimulate neuroplasticity.

Hypnosis is a state of mind involving focused attention, reduced peripheral awareness, and an enhanced capacity to respond to suggestion. Hypnosis sessions take under one hour, NLP process can take up to 2 hours.

It is very important that a connection is established and that natural chemistry is present between the therapist and client so that we can both achieve the best results possible. Hypnosis works best for those who are committed to making the changes required.

I use a variety of tools and prepare bespoke sessions depending on what is best for the client. These tools range from the classical, traditional Elman hypnosis, to new styles like RTT and Rapid Hypnosis, with incorporated NLP tools.

Many clients see improvements after just one session and often come back to resolve their other issues after a few weeks. From my experience, it is reasonable to expect anything from one to three sessions.

It is best to plan the day so that the time after the session is relatively peaceful and allowing for reflection. Eat a light meal 2-3 hours before and wear comfortable clothing. An open mindset, willingness to change and visualising the desired outcome are all going to impact the session positively.

Minimise distractions such as noise/family/pets/phones etc. Charge your device, I suggest that you have a headset on. Use the Zoom link, which I will email out after booking the session. Turn the light on in the room and please have the camera on too, so that I can see you. Sit or lay down so that your head is supported.
